Exercise.
Admittedly, this is one of the things I’ve neglected for the longest time. I’m aware that since I’m a work-at-home mom who spends numerous hours in front of the computer everyday, I should also find time and ways to exercise and do a little workout. More often, workouts are associated to those who want to shed extra pounds. But actually exercise is imperative to everybody, whatever the size and built and how heavy or light one is. I’m a little fortunate to be on the slimmer side but this should not stop me from making my body fit through exercise. Being busy all the time should not be an excuse neither. This is why I’ve been telling the husband that we should also invest on light gym equipment at home like treadmills which we can use anytime. A short cardio workout or just a little walking can go a long way in keeping the body fit.
