Monitoring Internet Activities

In one of the companies I formerly worked for, the management had coordinated with our IT group to block some non-work related sites that most of the employees surf for leisure purposes. The admin were perfectly aware that such activities affect their productivity so they made more extensive efforts to eradicate it. They can’t fully block the internet services since it is also need in the business operations. In instances such as these, businesses should implore a productivity monitoring software like Activtrak. This software can monitor and record things like web based email, chat sessions and file attachments from among the employees’ day to day internet activities. For its perpetual license, minimum order of 2 can cost up to $30 but the advantages and effects on shooting up the employees’ productivity are truly worth it.
