Deep Slumber.

Deep Slumber.

So this is my photo share for the day. Actually, there’s nothing much special about this photo except for its peaceful mood with Asher in deep slumber (every photo of my Asher is certainly a special). Well, as you can see, it’s just an ordinary dimly lit hotel room but this one’s simply memorable because this was one of my first successful photographs using the manual mode of our DSLR. Nikky (that’s how we call our Nikon D60), was barely new that time so I was still tinkering and getting used to shooting in all modes. And so I was successful shooting in a dimly lit room. I just love the lighting effect, thanks to the hotel’s bed board lamps. I can no longer recall the exact settings but definitely, the ISO was set a little bit higher.

Speaking of lamps, I suddenly remember that I need to check out some bedside table lamps from Farreys. Ours conked out last night and I can’t afford to have busted desk lamps the whole week. Not now, that I am about to finish my current novel read. I’m not really specific with the design and all. As long as it can give me enough brightness, then it’s good to go.
